About Us
Whittlesticks was originally formed because of our love for language. Our interests in communication, literature and information design charted out the plan for an organisation, and this Whittlesticks is the result.
We are a language specialist firm operating out of India, Gurgaon with a development office in Bangalore. We are also represented in UK, Holland and Japan through our network of language experts. Our outlook to business as well as life is simple and straightforward. The slightly academic bent of our personality ensures that our services are constantly evolving in terms of knowledge. We pass on our learnings to our clients and students.
We offer a range of services from cross cultural communications workshops to inter-cultural awareness training programs, language skill courses and translation and localisation services. But even this is not truly indicative of what we offer. The need for a highly integrated localisation system means that our services are without a hard boundary and often we brainstorm alongside our clients. Our only real service offering in that sense is our knowledge of the field and our professionalism.
The original Whittle office hasn't changed a tot. It is still the small space in a Gurgaon shopping centre, and though we now have a slightly larger office in Bangalore, our sensibilities are spartan. Perhaps it's the academic orientation.
